Brings more than 20 years of international design experience spanning consumer electronics and lighting. Previously Senior Designer at Samsung, then Head of Shenzhen Design Studio at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), where he led design work for Philips Mobile phone and lighting products. At AfterShokz, provided innovation consulting covering product line planning, user research, and design development. Holds a Master of Design in Design Strategy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Leads Even Realities' design team around a "life-centric design" principle rather than traditional human-centric approaches, arguing that smart glasses technology needs to serve people at any time in their day.

Holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA (2013–2014) and previously served as a Product Design Engineer at Apple. Prior to Even Realities, directed R&D at HeyGears, a global leader in digital manufacturing technology specializing in innovative 3D printing solutions for dental and medical applications. Earlier career included roles at Western Digital, progressing from Mechanical Engineering Intern upward. Deep background in 3D CAD modeling, failure analysis, and design optimization informs the G1's mechanical execution—particularly relevant for precision-eyewear miniaturization and wearability at scale.

Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and English from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2008–2012). Previously worked at Scale Partners, YI Capital, Baidu, Inc., and ABeam Consulting, bringing experience from both venture capital and major Chinese technology firms to the operations side of Even Realities. The transition from investor to operator positions her to leverage networks and operational insight developed across China's technology ecosystem as COO for a hardware startup targeting everyday wearables.

Earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a master's degree from University of California, Berkeley. Trained in Silicon Valley and returned to China in 2018. Background in mechanical engineering and operations research; started career managing supply chains at Apple, where he worked on the Apple Watch. Subsequently held roles at Oppo in product management, Anker in operations, and served as chief product officer at JMGO, a Shenzhen-based projector company. Founded Even Realities in September 2023 with a team that moved over from JMGO. His work on optical display systems in smart projectors directly informed the micro-LED projection technology in the G1. Emphasizes understanding why people truly need a product rather than simply reacting to what's already in the market—a principle he traces to his Apple years.
