Eclipse Ventures
Full-stack investing in the digitization of physical industries — manufacturing, robotics, energy and logistics.
Eclipse was founded in 2015 by former Flex executive Lior Susan with longtime Sequoia partner Pierre Lamond to modernize the essential physical industries — manufacturing, logistics, energy, transportation and defense — that make up most of global GDP. The firm pairs company-building operators with founders, sometimes incubating companies outright (Bright Machines), and its $6.5 million Series A check into Cerebras Systems returned roughly $2.5 billion at the chipmaker's 2026 IPO; in April 2026 it raised $1.3 billion across two new funds.
